Replacement Policy
At Gaia Element, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide replacements in case of genuine issues such as receiving the wrong item, damage during transit, or a verified manufacturing defect.
All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each piece unique. Minor differences in color, shape, or size are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects, so they are not eligible for replacement.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us at wecare@thegaiaelement.com within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to include:
* Your order number
* Delivery address
* A clear photo showing the issue
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will schedule a pickup from your address within 4–5 business days. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, barcodes, and invoices.
After the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, your replacement will be dispatched within 4–5 business days.
If the package appears tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it. Refuse the package and inform the courier to return it immediately.
